A call through the website or a submitted form may be routed to an independent provider or a marketing partner working with providers in your area.

Payment for Referrals

Providers or marketing partners may pay Directorscrystal Walk-In Tubs for calls, form submissions and other referrals. Payment amounts may depend on factors such as call duration or whether the call is answered. We may receive payment even when you hire nobody.

That payment does not affect the provider's price to you. You pay the provider directly for agreed work at the provider's own prices.

Separate Businesses, Separate Responsibilities

Providers are independent businesses, not employees, agents or partners of Directorscrystal Walk-In Tubs. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Work quality and timing

You Decide Whether to Hire

Receiving a referral creates no duty to hire that provider. Before deciding, ask questions, verify credentials, obtain a written estimate and compare quotes from other providers. The hiring decision remains yours after a connection is made.

Tracking and Recording Calls

Calls made through this website may be tracked. Some may also be recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
